Biltong Boss is a spunky little company with roots in South African culture and a firm footing in the UK. Since its birth in 2020, this meaty brand has skyrocketed in the world of snacks. Our team is comprised of a group of vivacious and dedicated folks who all share the same passion for our biltong, dry wors, snap sticks, and jerky.

Our squad is divided into two mighty forces: The Ops champs who keep things running like a well-oiled machine back at HQ. They’re the ones who make sure our wholesale customers, Amazon, and you – our treasured individual buyers – get your orders without a hitch. Then there’s the Sales powerhouses who rock up to our markets to give you a helping hand. But hang tight, we’ll spill more beans on that soon!
Ah, Biltong Boss devotees! You folks travel far and wide to grab a pack or two of your beloved flavours. As a market stall operator, I know the thrill of seeing a customer rush up to our stand, zero in on our Traditional Boss Beef Biltong, and then reach for a few bags of our award-winning Volcano Beef Biltong. But let’s not forget the joy of introducing new fans to the magic of Biltong Boss. Seeing folks experience our mouth-watering biltong for the first time is priceless. Some have never even heard of biltong, let alone tasted it! It’s like watching someone discover the tastiest secret on earth.

Seeing those grins spread across your faces as you sink your teeth into our delectable Truffle Biltong or watching non-spice enthusiasts gobble up our mild Chilli Beef Biltong with glee is the stuff that makes all our hard work worthwhile. From the crack of dawn to the dead of night, we strive to bring your favourite Biltong to the perfect spot, so you can get your go-to flavour. Your reactions to our scrumptious treats are why we love doing what we do!
Here’s the scoop on where to find us each week. The magic of Platform 9 ¾ from Harry Potter’s world is waiting for you at Kings Cross Station and London Euston, the perfect starting point for your UK adventure to Manchester or Glasgow are where you will find us every Tuesday to Friday with Real Food Markets. Saturdays are a treat with stops in Barnes Farmers Market, Duke of York in front of Partridges Chelsea, Upper Street in Islington Square, and Greenwich Peninsula Market outside the O2. On Sundays we are all about the park – Victoria Park, Crystal Palace, and Alexandra Palace, with Herne Hill Farmers Market in Railton Road. Oh, and just for fun, we throw in another day of Greenwich Peninsula Market. See you at any one of these locations!
